Allen Meadows - Score: 92-95 (2017 June)

Once again there is enough reduction to relegate the floral and light toast to the background. The rich, powerful and very concentrated but not heavy or ponderous big-bodied flavors ooze a fine minerality on the long, pure and balanced finish. This is not as refined as usual but it is certainly an imposing effort that possesses so much sap that it should be approachable young but age very well too.
